Strategy and Solutions

The project’s first phase entailed migration of 15,000 contracts from Salesforce to Selectica, followed by review and remediation that was efficiently planned and overseen by our consultants. The second phase involved migration of 26,000 contracts from Selectica to Ariba, followed again by review and remediation with quality control and oversight by our consulting team. Throughout Phase Two, our attorneys and consultants worked from our dedicated project space in Chicago to help the client’s contracts team achieve systems uniformity throughout the enterprise.
