With over 15 years of human resources and recruitment experience in leading organizations, Nancy Ho brings robust industry experience to Robert Half Executive Search. As a Managing Director, Nancy specializes in the retained search of senior-level professionals and executives in Western Canada across all sectors and industries, inclusive of heavy industry, technology, consumer and professional services.
Nancy most recently worked at Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company, and was responsible for retained search business development and service delivery. Skilled in the development of search strategies and leadership assessment, Nancy’s success and client service ratings have made her an award-winning producer.
Prior to her career in executive search, Nancy held senior level human resources roles with a Vancouver-based technology start-up, a national professional services firm and a successful, national food services franchisor. With responsibilities ranging from the creation and deployment of human resources best practices to talent acquisition execution, Nancy is a veteran of the human capital profession.
Personal and Professional Activities
Active in the BC Human Resources Management Association (BCHRMA), Nancy has participated on the Events Committee, the Coastal Vancouver Advisory Council, and is involved with the mentorship program. She is a member of the Vancouver Board of Trade, BCTIA, DigiBC, and the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). Nancy frequently presents at universities, symposiums and industry associations on talent selection and acquisition. Outside of professional associations, Nancy has volunteered with various Habitat for Humanity affiliate offices throughout North America.
Nancy has completed Executive Education from the Wharton School of Business and the Harvard Business School, and has a Masters of Business Administration from Royal Roads University; a certificate in Human Resource Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology; and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Sciences from Simon Fraser University.
