Brandon Hillier

 

Based in the firm’s Toronto office, Brandon Hillier is an associate with Robert Half Executive Search. Specializing in finance and IT leadership searches with middle-market organizations, Brandon has worked with national and international clients in supporting their human capital needs.

Experience

Brandon joined the firm in 2015. As an associate, Brandon is responsible for research direction, engagement strategy, role specification and candidate development. He is also involved in creating request for proposal (RFP) responses, is engaged with other Robert Half practices on cross-divisional mandates and manages a number of operational projects. Prior to joining Robert Half, Brandon worked in the digital media industry.

Personal and Professional Activities

Brandon studied at York University in Toronto. More recently, he has completed workshops on employment law, libel law and management. He also regularly writes articles on human capital trends and practices.

Brandon was a member of the rowing team at Simon Fraser University and was an active member of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, where he took part in the Company of Young Professionals program. Brandon was also involved with Vancouver’s film industry. He continues to volunteer his time in the local arts community and enjoys mentoring young artists. In addition, he is an avid photographer and architecture enthusiast.
