Do not report to work, or if you are at work, go home immediately. Seek medical attention as soon as possible, and review your province’s guidelines for COVID-19 testing.

Call Customer Service at 1.855.744.6947 to find out if you have available hours to use for sick pay. Your talent solutions professional will inform the client about your availability and when you are able to return to work.
Contact your local Robert Half office or talent solutions professional right away and let them know the client has decided to close their office(s) for a period of time. Your talent solutions professional will work with the client to determine if your work can be done remotely and if you can do so. If remote working is not possible, your assignment or project may end; often this is at the client’s discretion. We will do our best to find another opportunity for you to continue working.

Explore if you have alternate childcare options. If none are available, contact your local Robert Half office or talent solutions professional, and they can work with the client to determine what accommodation may be available.
If a business trip requires you to travel well beyond your regular daily commute, or requires air travel, an overnight stay or extended travel on mass-transit, please contact your local Robert Half office or talent solutions professional. We will work with the client regarding any concerns you may have.
If you travelled to a country outside of Canada, please follow government and public health guidance.
If you’ve recently visited a country or area under travel restriction from the Public Health Agency of Canada and World Health Organization, contact your Robert Half office or Talent Solutions Professional for further guidance before returning to work.
