Our client in the Stoney Creek is looking for a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join their team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers while working closely with all departments.

The key responsibilities of the Bilingual French Customer Service Representative may include, but are not limited to:
*main contact for customer service
*receive order from customers and sales team
*email, phone and fax correspondence
*order entry
*prepare purchase orders
*track and trace customers? orders
*resolving all inquires, complains, logistics issues
*maintain and update inventory records
*prepare sales agreements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience within a Customer Service Representative role. The Customer Service Representative will be a team-player; self-motivated and will have excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
