OfficeTeam has partnered with a cutting-edge company in staffing a Project Assistant role. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, and challenge driven.
*Provide key partners with project information
*Support Project Managers; maintain project-deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communicating according to project specifications
*Ensure documents are complete; request additional information as needed
*Record meeting minutes and maintain records of tasks and progress
*Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
*Invoice and billing
The ideal candidate will have:
*2 years of related work experience
*Experience working in the construction industry
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor
*High-attention to detail and ability to multi-task
