*Observe and seek improvements to office organization
*Lead office operations, keeping the office
*Office administration and reception
*Social Media marketing
*Assist management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff
*Mail and distribution
*Assist in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved workflow
*Fluently Bilingual (English and French)
*3 years experience minimum
*Previous experience in a supervisory role
*Comprehensive knowledge of social media
*Exceptional multi-tasking and organization skills
*Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
*Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
*Strong communication skills
