OfficeTeam has partnered with a highly regarded, construction-orientated company to fill a Customer Service Representative role. The ideal candidate will be organized and self-motivated. This position is a long-term contract based in Ottawa, Ontario.
*Welcoming in-person clients and responding to inquiries, including phone inquiries
*Performing inventory cycle counts
*Performing shipping and receiving duties, ensuring transfers are correct and completed
*Responding to inquiries regarding products and services
*Data entry and word processing
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
*Minimum 1 year of related experience
*Previous experience working in a construction-orientated field
*Excellent customer service and soft skills
*Strong organizational and communication skills
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Bilingualism considered an asset
