Description
Our well-established Calgary client is currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis!

This is a temporary opportunity that will offer the chosen Purchasing Coordinator the chance to become an integral part of the team.

As the Purchasing Coordinator your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

? Sourcing vendors for products and services
? Reviewing and matching purchase requisitions/orders with invoices and forward for payment
? Routing Contracts, changing Orders and Amendments for approval
? Ensuring all procurement documentation is stored in the appropriate Contract Management Systems
? Liaising with market team to identify market risks or opportunities
? Coordinating activities of personnel such as selling and buying materials and supplies
? Any other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
The successful Purchasing Coordinator will possess the following:

? 2 years Supply Chain experience with EPCM with a focus in oil and gas and construction
? Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field will be considered an asset
? Strong working knowledge of ERP and SAP
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
? Great attention to detail
? Strong negotiation skills using commercial language
? Ability to work both independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
? Available to start immediately
