Growing Company Seeks Customer Service Representative!

OfficeTeam has a need for a highly-skilled, articulate Customer Representative to join the growing workforce in the Marketing/Advertising industry. Major responsibilities

- Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

- May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Handle incoming telephone calls

- Perform Outbound calls

- Field and send out send written business correspondence
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

- Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

- Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- 1+ years of past relevant experience

- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

- Adeptness in calendar managements and scheduling appointments

- Demonstrated knowledge of call centers

- General familiarity with cold calling

- Practical knowledge of Fast Paced Call Center

- MS Outlook experience

- Outbound Sales experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Inbound Outbound Calls experience required

- Booking Appointments experience

- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
