Post-Merger CMS Remediation, Integration and Contract Migration
Following a successful merger, a leading financial institution engaged Robert Half Legal Consulting Solutions to assist with remediating and integrating its Contract Management System with that of its merger partner, a significant element of post-merger due diligence.
The project’s first phase entailed migration of 15,000 contracts from Salesforce to Selectica, followed by review and remediation, planned and overseen by our consultants. The second phase involved migration of 26,000 contracts from Selectica to Ariba, followed again by review and remediation with quality control and oversight by our consulting team. Throughout phase two, our attorneys and consultants worked from our dedicated Chicago project space to support the client’s contracts team in achieving worldwide systems uniformity.
