With more than 22 years of progressive experience in all areas of human capital solutions, Stephen Mill brings an unrivaled depth of expertise to his role as President, Canada for Robert Half Executive Search.

Based in Toronto, Stephen is in charge of management and growth of our offices in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary/Edmonton, Minneapolis and Seattle. In addition to driving the strategic direction of the North American Executive Search practice, Stephen specializes in the search and placement of executives and senior-level professionals across all industries — from finance and accounting to human resources, sales and marketing to IT.

Stephen began his career in the human capital industry at Robert Half nearly two decades ago. He rose to the rank of Senior Regional Vice President, growing multiple lines of business across 15 branches, before accepting a role as Canadian President of Futurestep, a division of Korn/Ferry. There, he specialized in midlevel executive retained search. As a member of the Canadian Korn/Ferry executive team, as well as the global strategic account team, Stephen successfully launched and staffed offices in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary, increasing the Canadian footprint from two to 60 staff in less than five years. Most recently, he built on his industry leadership by establishing the Canadian presence of a global resource sector search firm and opening five new branches across three provinces for a specialized IT firm.

Stephen is an award-winning producer, manager and country leader with experience working at the industry’s top firms. Robert Half is thrilled to have Stephen back leading its Executive Search practice.
